Under the PDPA, we collect and use your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your email address through our waitlist form. You are under no obligation to provide your email address, and the form is entirely voluntary.
Your email address is stored securely via Netlify Forms (Netlify Inc., USA) and, upon launch, will be transferred to an email marketing platform (such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo) for the sole purpose of sending you the communications you signed up for.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
We will retain your email address until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, or until BYSAN ceases operations, whichever is earlier.

Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us at hello@bysan.com.sg and we will delete it promptly.
